Ask The Expert Sessions
As part of the overall transition program to Guided Sourcing, SAP Ariba will be providing global Ask the Expert sessions.  The sessions will be focused on 4 global regions – North America, Latin America, Europe and Asia – and scheduled for a region friendly time period.  These sessions will be part review of lessons learned and responses tied to prior questions and cases logged by customers and part responding to direct questions in that specific session.  
There will be several rules of these sessions:

 

-   Each session will be 2 hours in length.

 

-   Each session will be limited to 50 participants.  This process will be based on a first come first serve basis.  If we cannot satisfy your request for a specific time slot, we will schedule you for the next available regional time slot.

 

-   SAP Ariba asks that you submit your time slot request 5 business days prior to the date of the session to assist in our logistics and scheduling.

 

-   English will be the main language used in all sessions. 

 

-   The sessions will allow for questions to be asked verbally or through the Questions & Answer (Q&A) function of Microsoft Teams. 

 

-   Not all questions will be answered during the session.  SAP Ariba will work to answer the unanswered questions by at least the next regional session.  SAP Ariba may also request that the customer log a support case to assist with specific resolutions

 

-   As stated, these sessions will also serve as a vehicle to communicate lessons learned as part of this transition.  This means certain responses to questions from all global sessions will be shared.
