Sometimes, all it takes is being in the right place at the right time. That’s exactly how I describe my success story with SAP and IBM.

In my final year at Vilnius University, a professor mentioned the SAP Fresh Faces Baltic Academy, encouraging everyone to apply. I joined just for fun at first, but after my team won the first simulation game, I was hooked. From that moment, I decided to give it my all.

Now, as I approach my third Christmas with IBM, I reflect on that decision with gratitude. My biggest takeaway? Always seize opportunities when they arise - you never know where they might lead you.
