Gear up for ALMathon, during the SAP ALM Summit 2026: APAC edition.
In 2025, SAP Cloud ALM made strong progress in adopting AI, delivering its first AI-driven use cases across implementation and operations, and establishing the foundation for intelligent Application Lifecycle Management. These early capabilities have demonstrated how AI can improve efficiency, transparency, and decision-making across the ALM toolchain, with several additional AI scenarios already in the pipeline.
Building on this momentum and aligned with SAP’s “All-in on AI” strategy for 2026, SAP Cloud ALM is positioned to play a central role in accelerating AI adoption within ALM processes. The focus for 2026 is on embedding AI deeper into SAP Cloud ALM to support smarter implementations, optimized operations, and outcome-driven transformation, while remaining aligned with Clean Core and RISE methodologies.
As a partner, you can position SAP Cloud ALM as a key differentiator by enabling customer adoption, supporting day-to-day usage, and extending ALM capabilities through API-based integrations and intelligent extensions. SAP Cloud ALM APIs, together with SAP BTP, enable partners to build standardized, upgrade-safe extensions that enhance the ALM lifecycle without compromising Clean Core principles.
Theme: AI-Enabled Integration & Extensions for SAP Cloud ALM
In this year’s challenge, we are inviting innovative that enhance SAP Cloud ALM and align with the ALM roadmap for 2026. We particularly encourage partners to build and showcase capabilities that:
- Introduce AI-assisted capabilities into ALM processes (analysis, monitoring, automation, insights)
- Extend SAP Cloud ALM using standardized, API-based integrations
- Support RISE with SAP implementations and operations through improved ALM tooling
- Improve transparency, efficiency, and outcome tracking across the application lifecycle
All demonstrated solutions must leverage SAP Cloud ALM APIs, regardless of whether they enhance implementation, operations, or transformation management scenarios. We also welcome solutions built on SAP BTP that integrate seamlessly with SAP Cloud ALM.

to showcase integrations or extensions with complementary solutions (third-party or proprietary). Prototypes are welcome, and solutions demonstrating real-life ALM scenarios with live experiences will receive higher weighting.

SAP ALM Excellence Award
We are pleased to announce SAP ALM Excellence Awards recognizing the members who have showcased their spirit of innovation and leveraged SAP Cloud ALM, SAP Solution Manager (or add-ons like Focused Build and/or Focused Insights), SAP Focused Run. We solicit nomination under 2 themes.
Themes:
SAP Cloud ALM usage for implementation, operations or services: In this category, customers have used SAP Cloud ALM for implementation of any SAP Application or for operations of SAP applications or leveraged SAP Services through SAP Cloud ALM.
SAP Focused Run usage: In this category, customers have used SAP Focused Run for the operations of their landscape.
