Badges are necessary to gain access to all SAP Partner Summit for SME conference sessions, including the Networking Evening. Please be careful not to lose your badge. There is a strict no-reprint policy. The cost to replace your badge is 650€.

Disney Coronado Resort will be hosting a satellite check-in desk in the Convention Center on Sunday, March 2 from 12pm – 6pm to coincide with badge pick-up. They will provide luggage check in case your room is not available yet. 

There will be coat racks available in the Coronado Ballroom Pre-Function space throughout the event. On March 5, we will have Coronado H available to store your luggage while you are in breakout sessions.

Complimentary transportation is not provided to the venue but there is free parking in the Convention Center Parking Lot. Upon driving in, please let Disney Coronado Springs Resort Security know that you are arriving for a convention, and they will point you in the right direction of where to park.

If you are coming by taxi, please ask the Security Guard upon entrance to the hotel that you are arriving for a Convention, and they will drop you off at the Convention Center Porte Cochere.

Complimentary wireless Internet access is available in guest’s rooms and also in the meeting space and Convention Center. Please follow this simple steps to connect:

• Go to Settings on your Mobile Device or the Wi-Fi connection icon on your laptop
• Find “Disney Convention Center Wi-Fi” and select
• Upon selecting, a splash page will pop up with a “Connect” button

Once you’ve selected this button, wait until it directs you to the Walt Disney World website and that means you’re connected!

A Chef will be stationed at a tallboy at the back of the room if you have made a special dietary request during your registration.

Should medical assistance be required please contact the nearest guard immediately, they will be able to relay to medical.

Multi-Faith Room will be available at “Fiesta 1”.

Mother’s Room is provided to our attendees within the Disney Resort Convention Center. This is located between Veracruz Hall and the Fiesta Ballroom.

Should you need to ship anything to the hotel, please do so using the RICOH Business Center.
