- Go to your Tools menu on your browser and select "Internet Options".
- On the General tab, please select the "Setting" button in the "Temporary Internet files" section.
- Make sure that "Every visit to the page" is selected and click "OK".
- Click "OK" on your Internet Options window and you should be all set.
