Take Note!

  • SAP will review and approve your registration by email
  • You should block your calendars with the appointment in the approved registration email
  • SAP  Customer Partner Testing Services (CTS) checks availability of SAP C-User
  • CTS will contact you and request actions w.r.t. your C-User, please follow instructions asap
  • Requests for action will be sent by email, please respond accordingly or else testing will not be possible
  • You should book your own hotel, see Location tab

 

To make sure you are able to carry out testing on-site please ensure the following:

  • You have your own laptop with USB-A connections ( to use the screens/keyboard in the testing room)
  • Make sure that you are authorized to connect to a network outside of your organization, that is, the SAP Guest W-LAN.
  • You have a valid C-user,  SAP CTS will contact you to set it up or will extend your existing one
  • You can access this site , User IDs will be provided in the testing facilities
  • Testing documents - the required testing documents will be provided in the testing facilities. 
  • In case you are wondering, we are using a different testing environment so in comparison to previous years you do not need an SAP RSA token as multifactor authentification is not required. This simplifies the administration of testing considerably.
