Registration and participation guidelines?

 

  1. Since the content delivered during this event is relevant for many of our customers, please register to only one occurrence of the event. All of them will be covering the same topics.
  2. To get maximum value from attending this event, it is highly recommended that each company sends 1 person from HR and 1 person from IT. Space will be limited to 2 participants per organisation to ensure that all attendees can share best practice. Additional registrants will be placed on the waitlist. 
  3. To keep the event interactive and personal we have set a limit of 40 participants per event. Please bear in mind that once you submit your registration, you are taking a spot on the attendee list and committing to partcipate in the event. In case you cannot attend the event you registered to, please let us know promptly, so that a person from the waiting list can take the available seat.
  4. The event is reserved for SAP SuccessFactors Customers only.
  5. As per the classic VIP events we expect you to engage and be proactive, please be ready to activate your camera, especially during the collaborative roundtable discussions. This is a live, interactive event and session recordings will not be available on demand.
  6. 1-2 weeks before the date of the event you will receive all the relevant information around the tool we will use to run the event, access details and any other needed instructions.
