SAP University Alliances Community Meeting 2026 Agenda

We look forward to spending SAP University Alliances Community Meeting 2026 together with you, our closest external community members! Your insights and experiences are vital to us and we look forward to collaborating with you. During the two event days, we will discuss state-of-the-art teaching offerings and avenues to broaden our community footprint. We will also have time to connect and exchange.

UA-COM is all about exchange, networking, and collaboration. To foster engagement, we'll use the BarCamp methodology on March 25, which emphasizes sctive exchange and idea creation. Topics and ideas generated in the BarCamps (March 25) will be discussed in depth during the workshops at the next day in the SAP AppHaus (March 26). The goal for the workshops is to create tangible results and followups.

At this years event we will focus on three key themes:

  • Innovative SAP related teaching formats and content
  • Expanding the SAP related academic teaching
  • Exciting the next gerneration of lecturers for SAP related teaching

SAP Headquarters, Walldorf

On our first event day, we will welcome you with a keynote about news and highlights of SAP and our SAP University Alliances program.

Afterwards, we will focus on collecting the ideas and insights of our community via a BarCamp. In the evening, we will have a joint dinner.

SAP AppHaus in Heidelberg

On our second event day, we eill meet in the beautiful city of Heidelberg. We will Kick-off the day together and then go into workshops. We will use the insights of the first day to create action plans for state-of-the-art teaching offerings and avenues to broaden the community footprint. In the evening, you will have time for individual meetings and activities in Heidelberg. We will share some recommendations on restaurants and what to visit.
