SAP University Alliances Community Meeting 2026

We are very excited to invite our closest collaborators to our next SAP University Alliances Community Meeting on March 25 & 26, 2025!

The event will take place at SAP headquarters in Walldorf and in the beautiful city of Heidelberg, Germany.

In a workshop style setting, we will discuss state-of-the-art teaching offerings and explore avenues to boarden our community footprint. We will also have time to collaborate and connect. The agenda, hospitality details, and logistics can be found on this event page.

Research Day

This day is dedicated to our active research community. We will share highlights of SAP related research projects with our stakeholders at SAP and our close academic community. You can expect an exciting stage program as well as opportunities to network and exchange.

We look forward to spending SAP University Alliances Community Meeting 2026 together with you, our closest external community members! Your insights and experiences are vital to us and we look forward to collaborating with you. During the two event days, we will discuss state-of-the-art teaching offerings and avenues to broaden our community footprint. We will also have time to connect and exchange.

UA-COM is all about exchange, networking, and collaboration. To foster engagement, we'll use the BarCamp methodology on March 25, which emphasizes sctive exchange and idea creation. Topics and ideas generated in the BarCamps (March 25) will be discussed in depth during the workshops at the next day in the SAP AppHaus (March 26). The goal for the workshops is to create tangible results and followups.

At this years event we will focus on three key themes:

Innovative SAP related teaching formats and content
Expanding the SAP related academic teaching
Exciting the next gerneration of lecturers for SAP related teaching
