As the SAP Executive General Manager for South West states at SAP Australia, I lead high-performing teams across these states that delivers value-based Cloud solutions for our customers. In this position I am delighted that I get to spend more time with our customers on a greater scale and work with them on improving to way they serve their customers and how SAP can accelerate value.

I have over 24 years of experience in the ICT industry, where I have driven sales growth, customer satisfaction, and digital transformation across various sectors and regions and my mission is to empower my team, my customers, and my colleagues with professionalism, integrity, and innovation.  In my spare time, I am also pursuing my MSc in Professional Practice in Leading Sales Transformation from Middlesex University, where I learn how to optimize sales performance and strategy using best practices, tools, and frameworks.

Ross is a seasoned digital director specialising in shaping, steering, and implementing digital transformation initiatives and enhancements in customer experience. With over 15 years of expertise, Ross has assisted companies and brands across ANZ in achieving accelerated time-to-value and boosted conversion rates and revenue.

Tzipi leads global solution consulting services and customer success for the Americas and APAC at Mirakl, and is passionate about technology  delivery, digital commerce and the execution of large-scale digital transformation programs. Prior to Mirakl, Tzipi was the Technology & Operation Director for AMP, and was previously head of Digital Commerce & Contact Centres at Woolworths Australia, where she implemented a Mirakl-powered Marketplace and oversaw Woolworths’ store and online retail development.

Erik Burton is a seasoned product-management professional and has delivered successful strategic programs and e-commerce products globally across various sectors and businesses of different sizes. 

Erik has extensive knowledge in retail e-commerce, fulfillment, logistics, and supply chain areas and has worked on projects involving operational capabilities, software, and change/transition programs.

Emma Barr is a Senior Pre-Sales Specialist at SAP Customer Experience, known for her dual expertise in Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) and Marketing. With over a decade of experience in these domains, Emma is dedicated to empowering organisations to go beyond transactional sales and foster enduring customer relationships. Chris Willcocks is currently Vice President & Head of Enterprise Cloud SAP (ANZ) and a member of the Executive Leadership Team ANZ

Chris joined SAP in 2008 as a Solution Sales Executive under the Office of the CFO and has held various positions after this. Chris has held various Leadership roles including Director of Database and Technology, Director of Cloud, and Head of Private Sector Sales South Africa.

Chris migrated to Melbourne, Australia in 2016 with his wife and 3 children.
Since relocating to Australia, Chris has held the role of General Manager, Natural Resources, and more recently been Vice President & Head of Intelligent Spend Management & Business Network for SAP Australia and New Zealand

Chris has a Bachelor of Commerce, Business Information Systems and Economics from the university of KwaZulu-Natal.

Ben was a CRM pioneer and has been involved in supporting Customer Engagement related initiatives for more than 20 years. Ben’s experience in advising CxO’s on CRM adoption and supporting Customer Experience Transformation with technology has resulted in becoming a trusted advisor to many SAP customers across Asia Pacific.

A customer experience enthusiast and advocate with more than 15 years of experience driving digital transformation projects in large complex enterprises, Sara is focused on experience design with a lens of value creation. In her current role at FAIR, she starts with the 'employee first' vision. After all, a consulting firm is nothing without its people. And together with those awesome people, she works closely with customers and prospective customers ensuring that value is realised throughout their transformation journey.

Matthias brings over 16 years of expertise in SAP Customer Experience and ERP solutions. As CTO, he advises on technology strategies and architectural roadmaps, focusing on SAP’s Customer Experience solutions and the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP). Passionate about software quality, Matt champions lean processes, best practices, and automation to enhance productivity and ensure quality outcomes.
