July 24, 2024, Wednesday is for All Registered Delegates. 

July 25, 2024, Thursday is for Overseas Delegates (not based in Singapore) who have registered their interest to attend.

SAP NOW Southeast Asia is organized for select profiles, such as (but not limited to) SAP customers and event sponsors. 

The event is closed to some segments, such as service providers unless they are event sponsors. 

If you are a senior / C-suite executive from end-user companies, and think that attendance will benefit you, you may register, and we will assess your registration.

1. Parking facilities are available at Raffles City Shopping Centre's basement areas.

2. Park at the Blue Zone (B2 or B3) when you enter the carpark as it is nearer to the Convention Centre.

3. Enter to the lift landing and take the lift to Level 1.

4. After you exit the lift, turn left, and follow the signage to Swissôtel The Stamford.

5. Enter Swissôtel The Stamford and take the escalator up 3 flights of stairs to level 4, Raffles City Convention Centre.

NOTE ON PARKING: Please note that there are LIMITED complimentary parking coupons provided by the event venue. We will not be able to furnish everyone with a complimentary parking coupon, and we ask for your understanding.

Monday to Friday Parking Fees

• S$2.60 for first hour (8:00 a.m. to 5:59 p.m.)
• S$0.65 for subsequent 15 minutes (i.e., S$2.60 per hour, but chargeable in 15-minute blocks)

To take the organized bus transport to SAP Singapore Office:

1. Head to the hotel lobby of Swissôtel The Stamford. (Swissôtel The Stamford and Fairmont Singapore are connected).

2. Ushers will bring you to the designated buses.

2. Park at 30 MBC to be nearer to the SAP Singapore Office.

No, there will not be room at the event venue to store luggage or bags. 

If you arrived from overseas on the day of the event with luggage but has yet to check in to the hotel, you may ask the hotel concierge to keep your luggage in the hotel storage room until you have time to check in.

The dress code is Business Casual.

Singapore’s weather is warm and humid throughout the year. 

In July, you will usually experience sunshine with unexpected downpours. However, the rain may stop just as quickly as it starts. The average temperature ranges from 30 to 35 degrees Celsius in the day and may dip to 25 degrees Celsius at night. However, it may feel warmer than the stated temperatures due to other variables such as ambient air temperature, relative humidity, and wind speed. 

For adequate protection, please include an umbrella and sunscreen in your packing list.

The event venues – Raffles City Convention Centre and SAP Singapore Office – will be air-conditioned. For those prone to feeling cold, please bring along a jacket.

No special equipment is necessary for attending the event.

Prior to event / breaks: Light refreshments such as pastries and fruit as well as coffee and tea will be served prior to the event, and during the coffee and tea breaks.

Lunch: For lunch, the catering features buffet-style options such as salads and various hot entrees. There will also be grab-and-go food options such as sandwiches.

Cocktail: Light refreshments such as canapes will be served during the cocktail reception.

All food served does not include pork and lard. Vegetarion options will be available.

There are currently no plans for sessions to be recorded. Hence, post-event on-demand access to the session recordings will not be available.
