We are delighted to invite you to the SAP MaxAttention Summit, taking place in Munich, Germany, from April 13-15. This exclusive in-person event is designed specifically for the SAP MaxAttention community to connect, learn, and grow together.

From Sunday until Tuesday, you have the chance to interact with members of the SAP Executive Board, such as Thomas Saueressig and Muhammad Alam, attend keynotes and eXpert eXchange sessions and learn from your peers during customer experience sessions and networking breaks. A welcome reception and outstanding evening event at the recently opened SAP Garden in Munich is part of the Summit experience.

During the event, you will hear from leading enterprises about their successful transition to RISE with SAP, guided by SAP MaxAttention. FAQ

1. In case I am attending the SAP MaxAttention Summit as a customer in the audience, what cost will occur for me?

The attendance itself at the event is free of charge. We also provide free transportation from the airport in Munich to the event hotel (Munich Marriott Hotel City West) and back during the SAP MaxAttention Summit. Please note that this transportation offer needs to be booked during your registration via the event page. The costs for your flight, train, or car travel to and from Munich as well as your stay in the hotel need to be covered by yourself.
2. As a customer speaker, do I personally have to cover my traveling or hotel expenses?

For customer speakers, expenses for the hotel will be covered by SAP.
3. Will there be a shuttle service to/from the venue?

We provide a transportation service from the airport in Munich to the event hotel (Munich Marriott Hotel City West) and back during the SAP MaxAttention Summit. Please note that this transportation offer needs to be booked during your registration via the event page. In addition, a shuttle to the the evening event location (SAP garden) and back to the even hotel is offered.
4. What kind of networking opportunities will be available during the SAP MaxAttention Summit?

There will be several networking breaks on each event day which enable all participants to engage in discussions and interact with other attendees as well as SAP executives and experts. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to broaden your network during our welcome reception as well as the evening event of the SAP MaxAttention Summit. Also, you have the opportunity to schedule exclusive 1:1 meetings.
5. Can I schedule one-on-one meetings with SAP experts and executives during the SAP MaxAttention Summit?

Yes, there will be the opportunity to schedule meetings via your TQM or reaching out to the maxattention@sap.com inbox. Attending executives can be seen in the ‘Speaker’ tab. Also, there will be a dedicated additional event page tab to see which attendees will join the Summit.
6. Who are the key attendees at the event?

All SAP representatives attending the SAP MaxAttention Summit can be found here, along SAP speakers and customer speakers.
7. Am I allowed to bring further colleagues from my company to the SAP MaxAttention Summit?

In case you want to bring further colleagues to the SAP MaxAttention Summit in Munich, please contact maxattention@sap.com and your TQM for further instructions and await their approval prior to the event.
8. What is the dress code for the SAP MaxAttention Summit?

The dress code for the SAP MaxAttention Summit is business casual.
9. What are the hours for on-site registration?

You can register at the registration desk in the hotel lobby on the ground floor of the event hotel. Sunday, April 13, registration takes place starting at 4:00 p.m. On Monday, April 14, and Tuesday, April 15, you can register starting at 8:00 a.m. Please wear your name badge at all times during the event.
10. Is there Wi-Fi available at the venue?

Yes, Wi-Fi will be available and free of charge for the participants of the Summit. The password for the Wi-fi will be provided on your badge as well as on the on-site related event page tab.
11. Will there be an activity post Summit?

Yes, depending on your personal preference, on Tuesday April 15, we invite you to take part in our optional afternoon activity.
12. Will there be any smaller and interactive sessions during the Summit?

Yes, especially the so-called “eXpert eXchange sessions” offer active interactions and direct discussions in a smaller group with SAP experts. You will have the opportunity to raise questions and share personal experiences in your business context. Additionally, there will be Q&A’s during our open mic sessions, for example with Thomas Saueressig on Monday, April 14, which will allow you to directly ask questions to our SAP experts as well as SAP board members on stage.
