Muhammad Alam is a member of the Executive Board of SAP SE. He leads the SAP Product Engineering Board area and has global responsibility for all business software applications. This includes all functional areas from product strategy, product management, design, and development to running SaaS cloud operations.

Alam is responsible for a portfolio that includes solutions for enterprise resource planning for both public and private cloud, supply chain management, spend management, business network, human capital management, and customer experience, as well as solutions for small and midsize enterprises. He is also responsible for the strategy and development of specialized solutions that are relevant to the multitude of industries that our customers operate in.

Before being appointed the head of SAP Product Engineering, Alam served as President and Chief Product Officer of the Intelligent Spend Business Network (ISBN) where he was responsible for product strategy, product management, development, design and cloud operations for our direct and indirect procurement applications, external workforce, travel and expense solutions, and the SAP Business Network.

Dominik Asam is a member of the Executive Board and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of SAP SE. His responsibilities include the areas of finance and administration, and he has served in this function at SAP since March 2023.

Prior to joining SAP, Asam had served as CFO at Airbus SE from April 2019 to February 2023 and Infineon Technologies AG from 2011. In 2010, Asam was Head of Group Controlling at RWE AG. From 2005 to 2010 he held various positions at Siemens AG, e.g., CEO of Siemens Financial Services and Corporate Vice President and Treasurer. From 2003 to 2005, Asam headed Investor Relations, Mergers & Acquisitions and Strategy at Infineon Technologies AG. Asam began his professional career in 1996 in the Investment Banking Division of Goldman Sachs Inc.

Asam graduated in Mechanical Engineering at Technical University of Munich and École Centrale Paris. He also holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from INSEAD (European Institute of Business Administration).

Thomas Saueressig is a member of the Executive Board of SAP SE. He heads the Customer Services & Delivery Board area with global responsibility for long-term customer value in the cloud. This includes all business areas in customer services, comprising professional services, premium engagements, customer innovation services, and customer support. In addition, Saueressig leads cloud infrastructure, cloud operations, cloud lifecycle management, and private cloud delivery for SAP’s global customer base.

Previously, as a member of the Executive Board of SAP SE, Saueressig led the SAP Product Engineering Board area and was responsible for the company’s entire application portfolio.

Before being appointed the head of SAP Product Engineering, he was chief information officer (CIO) and global head of IT Services at SAP. As CIO, he was responsible for SAP’s IT strategy and execution following a cloud-first approach.

Saueressig has a degree in Business Information Technology from the University of Cooperative Education in Mannheim (Germany) and a joint executive MBA from ESSEC Business School (France) and Mannheim Business School (Germany).

Since April 2022, Saueressig has been a member of the Board of Directors of Nokia.

Gina Vargiu-Breuer is SAP’s Chief People Officer and Labor Director, as well as a Member of the Executive Board. In her role, she leads the People & Culture organization and owns SAP’s global  People  Agenda.

Gina Vargiu-Breuer brings over 20 years of experience in international human resources to SAP.  Before joining SAP, she served as Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Siemens Energy for more than four years. During this time, she spearheaded the company’s spin-off from Siemens AG and successfully drove the transformation for 94,000 employees. Her work focused on building the entire HR value chain and implementing a new operating model that seamlessly integrated business processes with HR. Her transformative efforts significantly shaped Siemens Energy’s working environment and corporate culture.

Prior to this, Gina Vargiu-Breuer held various positions at Siemens AG, including Senior Vice President for Global HR in the Gas & Power, Service & Digital division. During this time, she gained both technical expertise and extensive experience in global business management, international talent development, and organizational transformation.

Gina Vargiu-Breuer holds a master’s degree in Economic Psychology from the Catholic University of Eichstätt-Ingolstadt, Germany.

Michael is the Chief Product Officer of SAP Business Technology Platform. His team prioritizes security, reliability, and next-generation user experience for SAP Business Technology Platform (SAP BTP). As SAP’s leading platform, SAP BTP offers the technical foundation essential for driving customer success and enabling Generative AI- powered applications. Additionally, Michael’s team is responsible for the success of core products such as SAP Build, SAP Integration Suite, SAP HANA Cloud and SAP BTP ABAP environment.

He joined SAP in 2006 as a Research Associate and has since advanced through various technical leadership roles, including Development Manager and Senior Vice President and Managing Director of SAP Labs Dresden. He has a strong passion for software architecture and fosters close collaboration across all boundaries. Michael holds a Ph.D. in computer science and a diploma in media computer science from Technische Universität Dresden. A father of four, Michael lives with his family in Dresden.

Philipp Herzig is Chief AI Officer and Chief Technology Officer of SAP SE. In this role, Herzig leads SAP’s technology strategy, research, innovation, corporate development, technology ecosystem, startup engagement, and incubation including Business AI and Sustainability. In addition to AI and sustainability as major incubation topics, the Chief Technology Office also focuses on topics such as quantum computing.

Before being appointed the Chief Technology Officer of SAP, Herzig significantly shaped the company’s footprint in Business AI since the beginning of 2024, being globally responsible for the design, engineering, go-to-market, marketing, and enablement for AI innovations. Herzig built the successful move into the generative AI era on his extensive experience and successes in bringing SAP’s product portfolio together in one seamlessly integrated experience for customers in the years prior. During that time, his responsibilities ranged from driving SAP product integration efforts across the portfolio, to harmonizing SAP’s user and mobile experience, and delivering cross-product innovation.

Herzig started his career at SAP in 2009 as a working student. Since then, he has held various positions as software engineer, architect, product owner, and engineering leader at the SAP Innovation Center Potsdam. He led teams in industry areas such as Real Estate and Health and product areas such as SAP CPQ. During his tenure at SAP, Herzig focused on cloud-native application engineering, distributed systems, continuous integration and delivery, and fostering a culture of engineering excellence. Furthermore, Herzig is the executive sponsor of the Business Women Network chapter Berlin and Potsdam. He was included on Capital’s 40 Under 40, Handelsblatt Vordenker:innen, and Wirtschaftswoche 30 until 2030 lists in 2024. Herzig is based in Potsdam, Germany, and holds a PhD in computer science from Dresden University of Technology in Germany.

Thomas Pfiester is a Member of the Extended Board of SAP SE and Head of SAP’s Global Customer Engagement & Services organization within the Customer Services and Delivery board area. In that role, he leads a global organization of approximately 7,500 people that supports the digital transformations of SAP’s customers and partners around the world by accelerating their adoption of SAP’s portfolio.

Thomas Pfiester specializes in helping customers modernize their legacy ERP systems using the RISE with SAP offering, enabling them to have a cloud-based, AI-infused ERP system built on a clean core approach to drive continuous innovation and agility for their businesses. A 20-plus year veteran of the software industry, Thomas Pfiester is dedicated to championing a customer-centric mindset and spearheading complex digital transformation programs. He has been with SAP since 2006 and has served in several leadership roles, helping to establish large, diverse, and inclusive organizations that drive tangible business outcomes and value for customers and partners.

Thomas Pfiester holds a master's degree in science from the University of Middlesex, and a bachelor's degree in Applied Sciences from the Ludwigshafen University of Business and Society. He is also an alumni of Harvard Business School.

Janna Barth is the Strategy Lead for Premium Engagement & Advisory within the Customer Services & Delivery Board area. With a strong background from her previous years in the Global SAP MaxAttention team, Janna has consistently focused on delivering high-quality content for various stakeholders to maximize the success of SAP MaxAttention customers.

As a key driver of the SAP MaxAttention Summit project, Janna serves as the Content Lead. In this role, she is responsible for drafting the event's key storyline, compiling the most meaningful content, and connect with all involved speakers to bring it to life. This involves showcasing the best of the latest SAP innovations and placing a strong emphasis on customer best practice sharing. Janna will guide the audience through the program, ensuring they gain maximum value from the event by adding context and building bridges between different sessions.

Oliver Bierhoff is a professional footballer who accompanied the German national team as a manager and sports official at the German Football Association from 2004 - 2022. In addition, Oliver Bierhoff was responsible for the National Teams & Academy Directorate at the DFB from 2018 - 2022. Before that, as a professional, he was captain of the German national team and star kicker of the Italian first division club AC Milan. In the 1996 European Championship final, Oliver Bierhoff scored the first Golden Goal in soccer history. He wore the jersey of the German national team in 70 senior international matches and scored 37 goals. In 1998, Oliver Bierhoff was top scorer in the Italian Seria A league and Footballer of the Year in Germany. In 1999, he won the Italian championship with AC Milan.

In 2004, Oliver Bierhoff was appointed the first manager of the German national soccer team. In this role, he accompanied and professionalized the German national team since 2004, with whom he was the winner of the FIFA World Cup in 2014 and the winner of the FIFA Confed Cup in 2017. In his role as Managing Director "National Teams & Academy", he united women's and men's soccer as well as the DFB Academy in one department under one strategy for the first time in history and launched the youth soccer program "Project Future" together with the DFL. At the end of 2022, Oliver Bierhoff left his job at the DFB. Today, Oliver Bierhoff is Chairman and Co-Founder of FINVIA Sports GmbH, which he founded in 2023. He also works as a Business Advisor for the New England Patriots and as a Senior Advisor for McKinsey & Company, Inc.

A seasoned IT leader with 24 years of experience in driving ERP transformation, enterprise IT strategy, and SAP Rollouts across IVL. Anup Das serves as the Regional Lead and Chief Enterprise Architect at the SAP Transformation Hub within the Customer Services & Delivery board area, based in Newtown Square. His primary responsibility is designing North Star Architectures for strategic clients, leveraging the SAP Enterprise Architecture Framework and the SAP MaxAttention Architecture Transformation services portfolio. With 16 years of experience at SAP, Anup has held various positions, ranging from functional consultant to leadership roles in the professional services organization, before transitioning to the Global Center of Expertise (COE) and the Premium Engagement organization.

He is also the co-author of the book “Enterprise Architecture with SAP: Planning, Transformation and Management”.

Anup has over 25 years of experience and previously worked at Bosch India and Infosys Technologies Ltd. before joining SAP.

Claudia is a seasoned IT executive with over 36 years of global experience, including 23 years at SAP. She is now in her 4th year at Mondelēz International and currently leads the SAP Center of Excellence, where she is driving a multi-year SAP S/4HANA transformation. Her expertise spans ERP strategy, SAP architecture, E2E process improvement, and program leadership across diverse industries and technologies. Passionate about innovation, expanding capabilities, continuous improvement, and global collaboration

Before her tenure at SAP, Claudia worked with the Gillette Group/Jafra Cosmetics GmbH for five years, served as IT Lead at Michelin Mexico for four years, and began her career at IBM/Consulting

Reshat Furunzhiev is the innovation owner in Center of Expertise EMEA. In this role he owns the service portfolio, and leads the internal and external innovation Premium Engagement practices (SAP MaxAttention) for EMEA/MEE region.

He joined SAP Active Global Support in 2002. His main focus was on SAP ECC Sales & Distribution and SAP Customer Relationship Management. For many years, he was delivering  business process and system performance optimization and scalability services supporting big enterprise systems.

From 2008 to 2015, Reshat led the expert team for SAP Commerce (Internet Sales) and SAP Mobile in the EMEA region. He holds the Chief Solution Architect expertise for both subjects. During this time, Reshat has gained an extensive international project and implementation experience.

In 2015, Reshat has extended his subject ownership with the SAP User Experience (Fiori). Since 2017, his focus was extended with SAP Leonardo product, including ML, IoT, etc.

From 2023, Reshat leads the SAP Business AI premium delivery and adoption practice in CoE EMEA.

Since 2022 Clara is serving as a Business Processes Consultant in the Center of Expertise (CoE)  for SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) based in St. Leon-Rot, Germany. In this role, she leverages her expertise to assist customers in maximizing their use of SAP's latest technology offerings. Her specialties include SAP BTP Administration and Governance, as well as the SAP BTP Extension Suite, with proficiency in areas such as CAP development, SAP Build Process Automation, SAP Build Apps, and SAP BTP DevOps Tools. Additionally, she is well-versed in SAP S/4HANA Extensibility Strategy.

Before working in CoE EMEA, Clara worked as a SAP Concur developer for localized travel allowance configurations. Altogether, her journey at SAP began in 2016 as a Vocational Training student, where she gained foundational knowledge and hands-on experience in different software development teams.

Clara holds a Bachelor of Science in International Business Administration and Information Technology from Ludwigshafen University of Business and Society, where she still works as a lecturer and tutor for Java programming. She also holds a Master of Science in Bioinformatics and Systems Biology from Justus Liebig University in Gießen. In her free time, Clara enjoys ballroom dancing, cooking and knitting.

Owen Goodhew is ERP Platforms Senior Product Manager at ExxonMobil. In his role, Owen holds the overall responsibility for ExxonMobil’s ERP platforms, including strategic direction, operations, transformation enablement, and SAP account management. Owen holds a BSc honors degree in Computer Science & Management from Loughborough University in England, UK. 

In his free time, he enjoys yacht racing, mountaineering, travelling, and keeping-up his skills as a certified Pizzaiolo (pro pizza chef).

Irfan Khan is an experienced executive in the technology industry, with a focus on engineering, marketing, and sales. Currently serving as President and Chief Product Officer for SAP Data & Analytics, he is responsible for the global development and management of SAP's data and analytics products. Under his leadership, SAP's data & analytics portfolio has grown significantly and become a recognized leader in the industry.

Prior to his current role, Irfan was the President of SAP's Platform & Technologies unit, where he led global sales and go-to-market strategies for all of SAP's technology offerings. He also oversaw the SAP managed cloud business, supporting over 1,800 private cloud customer deployments across SAP and Hyperscalers datacenters.

Irfan has held various senior executive positions at SAP, including Chief Technology Officer for SAP's global field organization. He initially joined SAP through the acquisition of Sybase Inc., where he served as Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer.

In addition to his role at SAP, Irfan serves as a Senior Adviser to Warburg Pincus, a global growth investor, where he identifies investment opportunities in the technology industry to drive innovation and business development.

Irfan is a frequent speaker at industry conferences and has received professional awards for his contributions to the technology sector, including the Infoworld CTO Top 25 Award. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and is the author of the book "New Data Imperative: Managing Real-Time Risk in Capital Markets" (2009).

Peter Klee leads the SAP Transformation Hub within SAP’s Premium Engagement & Advisory unit. The Transformation Hub is a global group of enterprise architects supporting MaxAttention customers in their transformation programs by providing architecture planning services.

Besides working directly with customers, the Transformation Hub constantly improves services,  methodology and tools working closely with architecture teams in development. In this capacity Peter co-leads SAP’s overall Enterprise Architecture methodology as part of the Cross Product Architecture program at SAP.

Prior to joining SAP in 2011 Peter led global enterprise architecture teams at Procter & Gamble. He looks back to more than 30 years of professional IT experience.

Peter is based at SAP's corporate headquarters in Walldorf, Germany. He holds a degree in Computer Sciences from the University of Karlsruhe and is a passionate long-distance runner in his spare time.

Eduard Kohler is an experienced IT professional with expertise in project management, system architecture, and SAP consulting. At Tycom Digital Solutions GmbH, he leads complex projects including S/4HANA conversions, rollouts, migrations, upgrades, and SAP implementations. He also specializes in organizational and technical change management, ensuring smooth system transitions and performance improvements.

Previously, as Head of IT Application Services at Tyrolit Schleifmittelwerke Swarovski AG & Co. K.G., Eduard managed SAP integration, the SAP SD module, and in-house SAP EDI consulting. He also oversaw IT infrastructure service and support, ensuring reliable and efficient IT operations.

Falko Lameter holds a Master degree in industrial engineering from the University of Karlsruhe. Since 1989 responsible for information technology and organization at Kaeser Compressors.

In his role as CIO he has established digital information processing across the entire company and was an early initiator and driver of enterprise digitalization.

Peter Maier, SAP's SVP of Strategic Customer Engagements, plays a pivotal role in driving strategic customer relationships to deliver measurable business outcomes and build long-term partnerships. Collaborating closely with SAP’s Board, Peter ensures that customer engagements align with innovation and strategic goals.

As of January 2024, Lyubov have been serving as an AI Architect within the Premium Engagement Area, where I am dedicated to helping our largest customers leverage artificial intelligence to enhance business value and streamline processes. We deliver AI-empowering services, such as AI strategy, and conduct proof of concepts to assess the feasibility of AI solutions, demonstrating their potential impact. Previously, she focused on Data Volume Management at SAP, assisting clients in managing data growth through strategies like data avoidance and archiving.

As a Product Owner of Data Science Solutions in the SAP EarlyWatch Alert Application Area, she utilized machine learning and data science to automate processes, ensuring product success and stakeholder satisfaction. From 2014 to 2021, Lyubov worked as a Senior Support Engineer at the CoE EMEA Databases and HANA Platform Team, where I provided technical expertise and support for database solutions. Her journey at SAP began in 2010 as a Working Student.

Her academic background includes a Master of Arts and a Bachelor of Arts in Computational Linguistics from the University of Heidelberg, Germany, and a Bachelor of Arts in English Philology from Ivan Franko National University of Lviv, Ukraine. Outside of her professional pursuits, she enjoys running, tennis, climbing, hiking, and yoga, reflecting her active and adventurous spirit.

Tom McShane is a Consulting Manager in the Premium Hub - Center Of Expertise based in Ireland and leading the Platform & Extensions team who are responsible for Premium Engagement Service Delivery in the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and Innovation space.

He is the Global Owner of the ‘Cloud Application Development’ Focus Topic within SAP MaxAttention which covers topics such as SAP BTP Onboarding, Extensibility, Re-platforming of custom code to SAP BTP and DevOps in a hybrid landscape.

Additionally, he acts as the Content Owner for the SAP Premium Engagement Business Scenario ’Integrate, Extend and Innovate with SAP Business Technology Platform’ offering pre-packaged service plans covering Integration, Extensions, Process Automation, User Experience, and Innovation on SAP BTP.

Furthermore, he is the Global lead for the SAP BTP Runtime Migration Assessment team which is helping our SAP BTP customers migrate from the Neo environment to multi-cloud by performing technical analysis of their Neo landscapes and providing migration roadmaps outlining the path to migrate.

Habeeb currently serves as a Senior Director at SAP in Germany, where he leads a team within SAP's Premium Hub Center of Expertise, specializing in data analytics and solution architecture. With a career spanning the Data Warehousing, Data Management, and Analytics space since 2006, he brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his role.

He moved to the SAP Headquarters in Germany in 2012, where he has been an integral part of the Center of Expertise team for Data Warehousing and Data Management. Throughout his journey, Habeeb's passion for helping clients succeed in their digital transformation endeavors has been a driving force.

In recent years, he has taken on a pivotal role in assisting customers during the crucial phases of discovery, strategy planning, and architecture design. This hands-on approach reflects his commitment to being a leader who actively contributes to the success of his team and clients.

Rouven Morato serves as the President and CRO Enterprise and Business Transformation Management.

As a member of SAP's Senior Leadership Team, he is dedicated to helping customers master digital transformation by leveraging data-driven and intelligent transformation management software. Rouven was the driving force within SAP in establishing Business Transformation Management as a strategic component of the SAP portfolio and executed the acquisitions of Signavio, LeanIX and WalkMe as a business owner.

Previously, Rouven was SAP’s Chief Data and Analytics Officer, where he established the company's internal Analytics and Data Management function to support SAP’s own transformation. Before that, he was the CFO and a member of the management board of SAP Deutschland AG und Co KG and the Regional CFO for Middle and Eastern Europe. In these roles, he managed a P&L exceeding €4 billion in revenue and led an organization of over 5,000 employees across 15 countries. He holds a Diploma from Universität Mannheim and also studied at the Cass Business School in London.

Alexander Peschke has over 25 years of experience leading global transformation initiatives. As Senior Vice President of Enterprise Core Platforms at Siemens, he drives global operations for core platforms, including SAP, supporting all corporate functions. He also leads the global transformation office for “SHERPA X”, a strategic program that is harmonizing processes, unfiying data systems, and upgrading technology to enhance efficiency and collaboration across Siemens.

Previously, Alexander served as SVP and Head of Finance Transformation at Airbus, spearheading digital transformation projects and establishing a Global Business Services organisation. He also chaired the board of Airbus Portugal, setting up a cross-functional service organisation from the ground up.

Earlier in his career, he held senior roles at Infineon Technologies and OSRAM, managing global IT services and major transformation projects. A proven leader with expertise in relationship building and change management, Alexander holds degrees from HTWG Hochschule Konstanz and Coventry University, with further leadership training from Cornell University.

Francesco Quinterno is the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at CONA Services. Francesco has an extensive background in consumer goods, having worked at Colgate Palmolive, Warner Brothers, Coca-Cola Enterprises, Coca-Cola European Partners and most recently at CONA - Coke One North America.

In his current role, Francesco is responsible for evaluating the short and long-term technology needs of CONA and the 11 largest Coca-Cola Bottlers in North America who use CONA’s services. His team manages IT operations, ensuring that both internal and external infrastructure and application support teams perform within established Service Level Agreements. Additionally, Francesco oversees the Project Management office, all data and cloud center services, and enterprise architecture.

A notable achievement under Francesco's leadership was the migration of CONA to the single largest node of S4 HANA running in Azure in April 2024, in collaboration with SAP Maxattention.

Ana Katerina Pikuli is an Enterprise Architect at SAP Transformation Hub, where she supports with the delivery of architecture planning services to SAP MaxAttention customers.

Ana Katerina joined SAP 6 years ago initially as an internal IT consultant within the Treasury area before taking over her current role as an Enterprise Architect where she guides customers to have a seamless transformation journey toward the Intelligent Enterprise. In addition to working directly with customers, Ana Katerina actively contributes to the continuous improvement of architecture planning services within her team, Transformation Hub. She also supports the enhancement of SAP’s Enterprise Architecture methodology collaborating closely with other architecture teams on development initiatives.

Ana Katerina holds a Master of Science Degree in Business Informatics from the University of Mannheim. Her academic and professional career has provided her with various international experience in countries such as Portugal, China, the United States, and Germany, where she currently resides.

Ann-Christin Schechter is a support engineer in customer success and knowledgeable professional in the field of working with SAP Premium Engagement customers. She holds a Master's Degree in International Management and has gained valuable experience during her three years at SAP.

Ann-Christin is the lead of the SAP MaxAttention Innovation Workshops, where she helps customers to unlock the full potential of their SAP investments through tailored support and expert guidance. With her knowledge of the SAP MaxAttention program and a dedication to support customer success, Ann-Christin has been a key resource for SAP customers seeking to achieve their business goals and to optimize their investments.

Her passion for customer engagement is matched by her talent as a moderator. Whether leading virtual sessions or on-site workshops, she brings energy and expertise to every engagement, ensuring that customers receive the support and guidance they need to succeed.

Petra Scheithe is the Senior Vice President for Digitalization of Services & ERP Platforms at BASF. She oversees the operation and maintenance of BASF's entire ERP landscape, along with the digitalization and automation of service units. Her responsibilities also include transforming the current ERP and HR systems into SAP S/4HANA and RISE. Furthermore, she manages Process and Enterprise Architecture. Since January 2021, she is Managing Director of BASF Digital Solutions GmbH.

Petra started her career in IT at Electronic Data Systems GmbH, where she managed IT Services for various clients and industries. In 2002, Petra joined BASF as Director of IT Service Management, tasked with developing IT Service Management, Sales Support, and Project Management. In 2008, she was delegated to Sao Paulo, Brazil as Director of Information Services South America. Upon returning to Germany in 2011, she took on the role of Vice President of Application Support, focusing on optimizing AMS delivery models, including establishing outsourcing in India and transitioning towards an agile DevOps organization.

In 2020, she took on global responsibilities for Development Platforms and established captive global Digital Hubs. In 2021, she became Senior Vice President of the Next Generation Business Architecture Project, with the target to transforms BASF ERP Landscape into SAP S/4HANA.

Petra supports various Diversity and Inclusion initiatives at BASF and participates in the Cross Company Mentoring Program. Petra holds qualifications as an industrial management assistant and Business Information Technology.

Ralf Scherer is responsible for the management of the SAP S/4 and cloud transformation at the BMW Group. Since 2004, he has held various IT management positions at the BMW Group, where he was responsible for a large number of IT applications and projects, mainly in the areas of finance, purchasing, analytics and financial services. Prior to that, he worked as a consultant and project manager at SAP since 1996. He has more than 25 years of experience in SAP implementations and holds a MSc in applied mathematics.

As Global Head of Premium Engagement & Advisory (PE&A) of SAP’s Executive Board area Customer Services & Delivery (CS&D) Anja Schneider is responsible for delivering exceptional value to SAP’s customers by staying focused on their outcomes, maintaining architectural integrity, and providing simplified and scalable offerings. Anja strongly believes SAP’s innovative approach will help accelerate SAP’s customer and partner innovation adoption and achieve their desired outcomes. In her previous role as Chief Operating Officer for SAP's Technology & Innovation (T&I) organization, Anja was responsible for the overall operations, customer strategy, development portfolio, and cloud operations of the entire T&I. With over two decades of experience, Anja’s expertise spans across various facets of customer service management, including strategic planning, process optimization, and the integration of cutting-edge technologies to streamline service delivery.

Her vision and goal in the new role is to empower top customers to master continuous transformation and innovation through tailored premium services. Leveraging the networked expertise of global COEs and providing architectural guidance. Anja is deeply committed to driving customer success through a strategic and constructive approach.

Anja is married and the proud mom of a 15-year-old daughter. She lives near Heidelberg and is passionate about running, reading, and seeing the world with her family.

Sree Vidya Sekharan is a global vice president within Premium Engagement Sales & GTM with responsibility to drive customer adoption focusing on strategic growth areas such as SAP Business Suite, Business AI and SAP Business Data Cloud. Sree works closely with the C-suite of SAP’s strategic customers to drive business transformation success guided by Premium Engagements.

Sree Vidya is an Enterprise Business Technology leader with over 22 years of global experience having worked in Asia and Europe with experience in Customer Success Engagements, Sales & GTM Strategy, Product Management and Product development.

Rainer has over 25 years’ experience in the IT industry and extensive know-how across a range of technology-related topics. He began his career in Software Engineering, and after working for a major consulting firm he joined Mondi in 2002.  Prior to his current role as CIO he was leading Mondi’s application team, holding overall responsibility for the deployment of SAP across more than 100 production facilities in over 30 countries. Rainer took over as CIO in 2011 and he is passionate about ensuring Mondi is optimizing technology to mitigate risk, drive operational excellence, share information and connect people as part its digital journey.

Stefan Steinle is responsible for managing SAP’s Customer Support & Cloud Lifecycle Management organization.

Stefan is vocal about transformation that ‘sticks’ – bringing cultural transformation in lockstep with digital transformation. He firmly believes that groundbreaking innovation comes from passionate people empowered by leaders investing in diverse and inclusive teams that are working in an exciting environment.

Stefan joined SAP in 2000. Before heading Customer Support, he was COO & Head of Strategy of the SAP Product Engineering board unit, powering SAP’s engineering teams to deliver the world’s #1 business software. Prior roles were Head of SAP Globalization Services, COO of SAP’s Global Business Operations board area, and also served former executive board member Gerhard Oswald as Executive Board Assistant, Chief of Staff, and Head of Operations. In his first ten years at SAP, Stefan worked as a consultant, overseeing large implementation projects at multinational companies.

Stefan looks back on over 20 years of experience in the enterprise software industry. He holds a diploma in Industrial Engineering and Management from the University of Karlsruhe, Germany.

Karin, has a background in SAP ERP consulting. She joined Mondi in 2007 and managed the SAP operations for 35 factories in over 20 countries. Since 2020 she is responsible for Mondi’s Advanced Platforms such as CRM, eCommerce, Procurement and Human Resources. Karin is passionate about technology innovation and managing divers teams.

Christian Stoxreiter is the Chief Information Officer at Red Bull, the world's number one energy drink company. In this role, he is responsible for the global, regional, and local IT teams within the beverage, fashion, and sports areas. Mr. Stoxreiter has been working for 30 years within the business applications and IT environment.

His approach is clearly business process-focused. He has gained the majority of his experience in the Business Applications area in different positions, such as Program Manager, Project Manager, and Line Manager. He acts as a passionate SAP ambassador and is the main contact for the strategic partnership between Red Bull and SAP. Fulfilling the dynamic business needs in a pragmatic and fast way is key to his role at Red Bull. Mr. Stoxreiter has been working for Red Bull since 2000.

As the Global BI Lead for HEINEKEN’s Global Standing Organisation, Pim leads the Global BI and Gen AI Agent team, an initiative that leverages AI and BI to enhance our business performance. In this role, he designs and implements together with his team the chatbot’s transformation and strategy, ensuring its seamless integration with business systems such as SAP BW, Power BI/Fabric, Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio and SharePoint.

Hong currently works as Business Processes Principal Consultant in Center of Expertise at SAP in Germany. In her daily work, she has delivered different premium engagement services to MaxAttention customers in the area of Data Warehousing, Data Management and Analytics, and safeguards them through the digital transformation journey.

She joined SAP China in 2010 and started the career as support engineer in the area of Data Warehousing and Analytics, and moved to SAP Headquarter in Germany in 2017.

In recent years, she has been focusing on SAP Datasphere, SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP Business Data Cloud and delivered proof of concepts or projects with lots of hands-on expertise to help customer embark on a new journey.
