The attendance itself at the event is free of charge. We also provide free transportation from the airport in Munich to the event hotel (Munich Marriott Hotel City West) and back during the SAP MaxAttention Summit. Please note that this transportation offer needs to be booked during your registration via the event page. The costs for your flight, train, or car travel to and from Munich as well as your stay in the hotel need to be covered by yourself.

We provide a transportation service from the airport in Munich to the event hotel (Munich Marriott Hotel City West) and back during the SAP MaxAttention Summit. A dedicated transfer from Munich Marriott Hotel City West to the SAP Garden(Toni-Merkens-Weg 4, 80809 Munich) starting at 5:45 p.m and back to the Summit hotel is offered. Please use the exit in front of the ballroom to take the shuttle.

There is a parking garage at the Munich Marriott Hotel City West (Directions). SAP will cover the cost. In case you park at the hotel, please inform the hotel on-site that you are a Summit participant. Please note that there are only a limited number of parking spaces available. First come - first serve.

As we only have limited parking slots for private cars available at SAP Garden, please use the shuttle service starting at 5:45 p.m. in front of the Summit hotel. First shuttles back will depart from SAP Garden to the Munich Marriott Hotel City West from 10:15 p.m.

If you need to drive by car, contact the registration deck, (hotel lobby, level 0) for the required parking ticket.

The networking lunch will take place on Monday, April 14 from 12:15 - 2:15 p.m. in the Restaurante Assoluto (Level 0) of the Summit hotel. On Tuesday, April 15, it will take place from 1:00 - 2:00 p.m. 

Join us for an evening event at the SAP Garden (Toni-Merkens-Weg 4, 80809 Munich) on Monday, April 14. Enjoy an exquisite dinner while being entertained by captivating show acts in this vibrant location. The dress code is business casual. There will be a shuttle service to the SAP Garden from the Munich Marriott Hotel City West starting 5:45 p.m. The table plan relevant for seating can be found here.

On Sunday, April 13, a Welcome Reception takes place at the Westhub Bar & Lounge in Level 0 at 7:00 p.m. 

There will be several networking breaks on each event day which enable all participants to engage in discussions and interact with other attendees as well as SAP executives and experts. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to broaden your network during our welcome reception as well as the evening event of the SAP MaxAttention Summit. Also, you have the opportunity to schedule exclusive 1:1 meetings.

The table is being communicated on Monday, April 14 short before the event starts. Also, on-site, at SAP Garden, the information is available via the staff. The table plan relevant for seating can be found here.

The area for scheduled meetings via maxattention@sap.com is the 'talking node' area in Level B of the Summit hotel. Please check your meeting request and you will find the exact location. Some meetings are taking place in Level 1 of the Summit hotel and the studio area, kindly note that this exact information can be found in your meeting request.
